Your jewelry shows an alteration and is eligible for return conditions, please contact our after-sales service who will respond to you at the following address: maisonbloom.bijoux@gmail.com.
In your email, please attach:
- the order number
- photos of the jewelry concerned
- first and last name
*You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. This service covers damages that, in the opinion of Maison Bloom Bijoux, are not caused by improper use, normal wear and tear of the jewelry, attempted repair, negligence, or failure to follow Maison Bloom Bijoux's jewelry care instructions.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in its original condition
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- customized or bespoke jewelry
- sale items
- gift cards
- ...
